Reasons Injectors need service

When there is any restriction it can lean out a fuel mixture and drastically effect the car racing and performance. This in turn could cause a misfire.

This can be introduced from anything from the packaging site to a fuel filter coming apart. 

This is the most forgotten problem. A fuel injector has been running and then is turned off. Any contaminates in the injector are then cooked into place. 

Similar to above but trapped until soft parts are replaced and the injector is back flushed

The fuel injector can effect fuel economy all the way to filling a cylinder with fuel and locking the motor. Both are something you don't want effecting your oil which in turn effects the bearings, rings, Cylinder walls, and much more.  

Each of these can effect the overall life of the fuel injector. This area can reduce the stress and allow the fuel injector to have a longer life. 

The first thing we do is do a Resistance test on your injectors. We do this both with the machine and DVOM

Check the pattern and pressurize to find any leaks

We then Flow test the fuel injector to see what its capabilities are at this time. This is all done before any fuel injector cleanerThis information is recorded for your records. 

From your Fuel Injector we remove the filter basket, o rings and all other soft parts that need replacing before doing any fuel injector cleaner. 

Here they are given an ultra sonic cleaning while being cycled to help with the cleaning

Each Injector is back flushed to remove any additional contaminants. 

We add a few drops of oil to  help prolong shelf life

All New Service Parts installed. This will allow your daily driver perform like your out car racing.
